How to take good photos
Take photos in daylight if you can. Include a wide shot of the whole side of the car, a close-up of each damaged area and a few angles of the same spot. The more clearly we can see the damage, the more accurate our first estimate will be.

We review your photos and call or text you with what the repair involves. For some damage we may ask you to bring the car in so we can see it in person before we confirm the final repair, and we tell you that up front.
